Erica is a CDA-licensed Educational Psychologist with over three years of experience in the field of Education and Psychology. She holds an MSc in Educational Psychology from Christ University and has worked across clinical and school settings in both Bangalore and Dubai.
As an Educational Psychologist, she specialises in conducting psychoeducational assessments, supporting learners with diverse needs, developing evidence-based intervention plans, and working collaboratively with families, schools, and multidisciplinary teams to enhance student well-being and learning outcomes. She is experienced in working with children, adolescents, and young adults across a range of learning, behavioural, and socio-emotional concerns.
Erica is trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and grief therapy, and provides structured, goal-oriented, and strengths-based therapeutic support.
