Rujusmita is a CDA-licensed Clinical Neuropsychologist and Psychologist with extensive international experience practiced across Italy, the Netherlands, and the UAE. She holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Cognitive Neuroscience and Clinical Neuropsychology from the University of Padua, Italy as well as an MSc in Clinical Neuropsychology from the University of Groningen, Netherlands.
With a career spanning diverse clinical, hospital, and educational settings, she specializes in pediatric, adolescent neurodevelopmental diagnostic testing and comprehensive adult neurological and therapeutic care.
As a neurodevelopmental specialist, Rujusmita excels in administering and interpreting a wide array of standardized diagnostic neuropsychological tools to accurately identify and clarify complex conditions such as ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), and specific learning disabilities.
In addition to her specialization in child and adolescent neurodevelopment, Rujusmita possesses rich expertise working with adults experiencing neurological conditions (such as Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s disease) as well as those navigating anxiety, depression, and trauma.
Her clinical versatility is backed by a diverse therapeutic toolkit that includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) and mindfulness-based interventions, allowing her to deliver deeply structured, goal-oriented, and strengths-based support.)
